Yes, you need to run the application as an administrator to install everything and uninstall it.

What software does this install?

This will install Git, 7zip, and Scoop.

How do I uninstall Winulation?

After you have installed Winulation, you can run the installer again and click on "Uninstall" after it recognizes you have already installed it.

What gets removed when uninstalling?

Uninstalling Winulation removes '%userdata%\.emulationstation' '%userdata%\scoop' shortcuts and Environment Variables Path scoop and Git.
